Contacting You

Emergency Contact Update:

Your Emergency Contact List is the most important part of your security system. Here’s why:

When your alarm system reports an alarm signal to us, we will attempt to contact the first phone number you provide us on the list.

If no one answers the first call, we will attempt to contact one more listed party to determine if the alarm report is an accident or a real emergency.

Keeping your contact list current and accurate will play the most crucial role in how we provide service to you.

A current contact list can help to prevent false alarm dispatches to police and fire rescue responders, and save you money on false alarm fines. More important, we will be able to reach you in case a real emergency occurs, much sooner.

Please update your Emergency Contact List as if your life and property depends on it. We believe it does!

You may also continue to update your contact list as you always have, by phone, fax, email or letter. We invite you to update your contact information at any time that you need to make changes. Please see contact us for alternative ways to update your contact list if required. Regardless of the way you choose to communicate your changes to us, please make your changes and updates as follows:

  • Provide your full name.
  • Provide your security password.
  • Provide written signature whenever possible.
  • Provide your email address.
  • Provide new contact list in full as if submitting for the first time. Please do not simply add or change names. We will accept attached files to an approved email address on file for you.
